WasatchSD provides clerical, administrative, and payroll support that makes getting your services easier, so your family can focus on what makes life enjoyable and rewarding.

HCBS Waiver Programs

Utah Medicaid waivers allow individuals with disabilities to receive care in their homes or community settings rather than in institutions. We provide financial management services for all nine waiver programs.

EPAS

The Employment Personal Assistance Services (EPAS) is a medicaid program that helps people with disabilities in Utah who are working. It gives them the support they need to do job-related tasks, making it easier to stay employed. EPAS helps people with physical, mental, and developmental disabilities work in regular jobs and be more independent.

WasatchSD supports families and individuals who are self-directing to live their best life. We are here to manage the administrative work that comes with directing an individual’s supports and services.

Services We Provide

  • Coordinating enrollment paperwork for Employers and Direct Care Professionals/Employees
  • Background screening check initiation and oversight specific to program requirements
  • Time tracking & timesheet processing, including three options for
    time submission: online web entry, paper timesheet, and mobile app
  • Managing semi-monthly payroll for Direct Care Professionals/Employees
  • Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) support and training for the CareTime app
  • Program compliance training and support
  • Ongoing support for budget management
  • Federal and State tax filing and reporting
  • Ongoing Direct Care Professional/Employee communications
  • Spanish-speaking staff and Spanish paperwork
  • Toll-free, dedicated, on-demand phone assistance; in-person support during office hours
